you wont get a fillet off of these guys,  or it wont be worth the trouble..    got to fry them right and the meat slides right off the bones.

This looks a little less than hand size? I don't like filleting them this small. So tedious. They sure are tasty though! My wife generally doesn't like fish, but she does like these little guys!

another bream,   i think they eat best around this size,    i tried to catch a catfish but are too smart
