Here is my basic Plan 'B' set up. Painted basement wall to improve reflectivity. Converted 4-shelf industrial storage rack to hold top grow bed. Submersible pump being shipped along with water test kit. Ordered bulkhead flanges for siphon drain and gravity feed. Need to start work on bell siphon.
