Strawberries: " Healthy Dish Delights," Fruit. I just love the drink receipe that came with this fruit from Color Star Growers of Colorado, Ft. Luption.

"Strawberry Lemonade"
3 cups water, cold
1 quart fresh strawberries
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups club soda, cold

Place water, strawberries & sugar in a blender; cover & blend to smooth. Stir in lemon juice. Blend in soda; serve immediately, garnished with lemon if desired.

Just planted this plant and several other plants in my aquaponic system on Aug. 2, 2010.
