This pump container is a 5 gal bucket with skill saw cuts. It is the most trouble free way I have found to set pumps in ponds and ditches. Takes a suction area of less than 10 sq inches and expands it to over 300 sq inches.

Kobus no actually I take the filter off the pump if it has one. As you know more than me we actually want all the fish solids in our grow beds so this will let all those pass to the beds but keep large algae and fish out of our pump.

Outside the box and into the bucket .

Do you pack the inside of the bucket with filter material too?
