Flooding for 15 minutes every hour is a common timing.....  Your water level looks too high; it's usually kept 1-2" below the surface---because many plants don't like being really wet, and keeping the top of the growing medium dry (and water in the dark) will prevent algae problems.

a little swiss chard, some lettuce and chives. The seedlings are basil, mizuna greens, and cimmaron lettuce
