Now, trim down the funnel so it has a 1" opening at the bottom and trim off any of the edge flare at the top so it will fit inside of a 4" PVC end cap. Make sure that the bottom of the funnel is level when you sit it on a table like this. If not, then sand/trim down the high side. This is important, or you could end up with a leaky planter.
