PEX heat exchanger
The PEX heat exchanger probably isnt the best but is sure is cheaper than stainless. The temperature differential is about 30 degrees for the supply and return.

Propane instant hot water heater. It's a "portable" model from Home Depot. It works really well. There are more pics on my page.

Thanks Wild Dog! It actually works too! 45 degrees F outside and the water is 73 degrees. 13 degrees in ten hours with 900 gallons of water. This is FUN!
