That is an air powered water circulator that connects to the original IBC valve with a coupler and just goes into the side of the tank. Near the lower elbow is a stainless steel 1/4 fitting where air will be injected. This will aerate the water and also circulate the water from the bottom of the tote to the top. It basically creates a current for the fish. The clear PVC allows me to balance the air flow between all 5 totes.

Tony, what is the function of the pipe coming up from the ball valve? What do you gain from using that clear pipe?
