Yes it will be fish water from the main system.  Our indoor seedling table has fish effluent water from the main system and we notice a significant difference between it and the outdoor seedling table that is fed with just water.  They do fine until the first true leaf appears and the cotyledons are no longer providing enough nourishment for the seedling.

So what water or effluent is going to be feeding the seedlings?  Fish water from the main system or ??
