This is Friendly Aquaponics design and all the information is available in their commercial manual. If you want to go commercial then it is best to go with a tried and tested system that will work.

Nice tables!  In looking over the various photographs you have posted I can't find it hard to get started on asking questions.  For example in this particular picture you have the sprouting beds and what I presume are deeper growing troughs.  As an aspiring aquaponics grower I will need to build similar components but have no idea on the materials to use or dimensions to use.  Are there plans available for the sprouting beds and grow troughs?  I some other other photos you show the rafts you used for growing greens.  What material do you use for the rafts and what source do you use for it?
