I don't know if it would work.  Keep in mind that agitation of the surface is a big part of what contributes to aeration.  The more movement of the surface and the more you break up the water and expose it to the air, the more aeration you get.

I came up with this idea at work Don't know if it will work but in theory it will insert air into system Plus it will keep the surface of your tank nice and calm the exiting water could be used 4 motion. I would really appreciate any ideas or comments thank u
