A casual glance at the radishes revealed they were getting out of hand. Time to thin them out some.
Normallay radishes don't make it inside as they are the perfect garden snack food.
This lot are going in a salad. Yay!

Radishes have to be one of the easiest, and fastest, plants to grow in aquaponics.

I just sprinkle the seeds over the gravel, wash them in with a hose, stand back and wait.

There'll be a mixed bag of roots.  Some will not develop at all and others will be wonderful.  It's one of the things I throw in when I've got a spare corner and I want to see something grow.

Don't see many pictures with tubular foods grown in aquaponics setting. is it hard?
