This is some very nice eating, kinda hard though to take out a two year long buddie like this. Oh well, I said a prayer and honored them for helping with this journey. Will be some great eating this weekend.
Thanks for the tip. If the red meat is too strong for you, just soak the filet for a few hours or overnight in buttermilk and the taste will blow you mind when you cook it up.

you may want to trim out the red meat... it has a much stronger flavor
