Were using granite for the media as usual..

its built as an AP system, using an index valve (300 gallons to four 6' x 13' beds).

never added live water, no live gravel.. just fresh granite, well water, and worm tea.

when we get the other side built, this set of beds will become the tomato and cukes garden.

my newest Bio-Ponics system. totally fishless

we have only used Minerals Plus, worm castings, worm tea, sea weed, Photosynthesis plus, Actino Iron, and Bio Thrive.

plants have done great.
