1st Sentence on back:

2nd Sentence:  Works on ALL PLASTICS (My Emphasis) Including hard to bond polyethylene and polypropolyne. No mixing required simply prime and glue.

Comes with a magic marker like stick that primes and a tube of some kind of superglue.
THE GOOD NEWS:
IT WORKS ON DURA-SKRIM!!!!!!!

You cut out your patch, rounded edges. Prime the side going against the tear. Prime the tear and its edges. Apply a small amount of glue and smear into place, hold down 30 seconds. Done. BONDED!
