Bob,

I just installed these boards about 1 month ago so I do not have any rot or warping yet...They are untreated cedar so they should last for a few years. They are not directly sitting in the water rather they are laying on the top of my grow bed with about 1 inch of space between the water and board. The only boards that constantly get wet are the ones at the end near on top of my air stones but I do not have plants in those boards in fact I just wrapped in pond liner to prevent it from staying wet...So far this seems to be a good way to do the DWC without a floating raft because I can pull each board out individually if I need to move or fix something. I have not used DOW board before so I can not compare the two...thanks

Have you had any rot on these boards?  I would think they we warp too... how long have you had them in place and have you had any problems?

Thanks... Bob
