Hey Jim,

Yep, it's arugula.  I've picked a few leaves and it tastes great.  It started sprouting in under 18 hours.  Everything has slowed down a lot.  Don't know if it's the weather or what.

I haven't had to use the heater much at all.  I've plugged it in a couple of times for a couple of hours and it heated the water right up.
