They are Blue Tilapia and White Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus ).  These fish were approximately 3.5 to 4.5lbs and the Blues were 30 months old and the Whites were 23 months old.

I'm interested as well.  They have to be at least 2 years old.
