It's a clean install, but up here in Virginia, at least in the northern area, the associations can work on your backyard too.  I think it's great.  FYI it's my work computer's background image right now for inspiration.

Ya I have a homeowners assoc but this is all in my fenced in back yard and is neat and clean. I checked with city about a permit none required. So far no problems, besides I live in SC where we love our freedoms. If all goes well I will have food growing and that's all anyone will see over the fence.
