No it's not. I also use a propane heater albeit sparingly as needed...Like when it's super cold (below -6 to -8C or so, they both get used) or, when it is only going to dip below freezing say, between 3AM and 6AM...Since the gassification stove takes a while to fire up and bring into it's 'sweet spot'...the propane is handy, quick and clean (on a timer and thermostat)...Also, I like to use it in the cold pre-dawn hours to jack up the CO2 gas in the GH...

If temps are not going to be below -3C I usually don't bother heating at all...and just exploit the water's thermal mass (which is why my water temp really sucks now at the end of winter..water temp is now about 4-5C... surprised things are growing at all hehe...but they are. And nitrification is ticking along better than I thought it'd be at these temps. Can't wait to see what happens when things warm up a bit).

Hey Vlad, is that stove in the background of this picture your sole heat source in the greenhouse? By the way your crops are looking great!
