Thanks Jim! The "steroids" are microbial based items (foliar and added to the GB's), fish safe and eco-rational.

There is about 30 sq. feet of media based GB area to about 168 sq. feet of DWC trough...

"Ideally" you might want around 40-48 sq ft of GB's for that amount of trough...but if you run a relatively light fish load, the 30 sq.ft is fine...

You need to cut back on the steroids! That is great growth. Nice! What is your ratio of media vs DWC?
