Well, I introduced p. persimilis and n. californicus to my system. P was supposed to be the carnivorous monster that ate and ate and ate and ate until there wasn't enough food to sustain itself and N. could go forever without food and would eat P once the spidermites were scarce. However, now I can't seem to find either of them, along with any spider mites. We had a huge surge in humidity, so I'm wondering if that's what drove off all the spider mites. Or the predatory mites took care of 'em all. But I can't find any predator mites; hopefully they're still in there somewhere. Well, either way it was a lot of fun.
