I'm going to harvest the swiss chard today and start the next crop. Unfortunately I must also pull the Okra as it's to the top of the lights now. Gotta claim ignorance on this one...didn't know that Okra got so tall. Just sounded like a good idea at the time since I've never grown it or researched it. Gonna pluck a couple of okra to try anyway (maybe fry them up) since I've never eaten one either.... Anybody wanna share a way to prepare a few??? Finally after a month, I recieved my strawberry plants and got them in the towers last night. It will be interesting to see how they take off.
