No idea on costs yet. It was just started up this morning. The pump draws 7 amps @ 12VDC. The Propane tank is  new so I am going to watch it and see long it lasts. It runs 30 min on and 30 min off right now. The aquastat should be in this week so at least I will be able to maintain a constant temp. The whole thing cost about $300.00 to build. There a couple of threads on the forum with type of setup and Sylvia has a system for sale for about $1400 I think.

I like your heater setup.  I have been thinking of something similar.  Any data on how much it is costing to operate?  I am in NE tenn and we are getting into teens and 20's at night and I am trying to decide how to heat the system or shut it down for the winter.
