I would recommend a layer of plastic on bottom also. The wire was blocked up an inch but with spaying water initially to keep dirt moist and walking, wire kept sinking down. More blocks and plastic would help alot. Also some extra help. 2 guys was 1 too few. After it set up maybe 2 hrs. I filled bottom with water to cure. Center pole was installed in footer on previous day.
