Only thing I can think of is we've had a lot of rain lately and maybe my ph suddenly dropped

Waters fine, most my fish are about the same size none of the others have this look to them, obviously I removed him from the tank

Are all your fish this size?? Do you see any others with similar color??? Did you do a water check???
