@Paul, I responded in your 'low nitrate' thread, so we can try to get to the bottom of some of your plant problems there...

@Michael..Yeah, it helps to keep me busy...though this time of year I do a lot more gardening in the dirt. The GH is about 200 square meters (2130+ square feet) At the time I figured that was about all I could handle by myself, but now I'm thinking that I could have gone a bit bigger. I hear (or thought I did) that your quite busy with a build of you own. How's that going?

Hello, Beautiful garden!
You replied to my request for trouble shooting help last week about how to raise pH and nitrate levels. pH levels are raised, nitrate level continues very low, as do ammonia and nitrate. Other information: I'm a classroom teacher, only 70 gallon grow bed and 50 gallon tank w/ 10 7 month old fish. Plants begin to grow, then slowly die off. Right now my basil is beginning to show yellow leaves. Any ideas on next steps?
