Not without lots of insulation and a heater. I've lost fish due to cold weather when my water hit 40 degrees. Only way I had to warm the water up was run the hose in to it and overflow it. Tap water was 72 degrees.

Hmmm... I'm not sure if this would work for me. When I initially saw this set-up I was not aware that you lived in Florida. I'm in Washington State where the lows are currently 21 degrees at night. I'm thinking the water may freeze over and my fish will die. Your thoughts?
