Because of Florida regulations,You have to grow them in enclosed systems.Mike uses ponds as a biofilter.The biomass production is tremendous in terms of  volume from the crayfish waste.Learning to harness that resource into edible vegetables is what Im working on now.

Something like that.Its actually greenhouse plastic 4 or 6 mil i think.
