A little of today's harvest. What we do not eat ourselves today is sold, through our honor farm refrigerator, to our neighborhood. The carrots are kept for our daughter. She will gladly eat them all!

We do not get that many carrots or tomatoes every day. The carrots were about 1/\4 of a 100 gallon rubbermail wicking bed. We get 5-10 pounds of tomatoes each week.  We harvest between 25 and 40 pounds of lettuce a week. The rest of the stuff can be harvested similarly 2-3 times a week. We have just over 1000 square feet of grow space.

Chris,  this is beautiful. Do you get this much every day?  What kind of fish are you raising?
