Thanks for your response Sandra. Also saw someone had made a "wall" out of the bottles, which I am thinking of trying as it will become like a "vertical system". Think this will solve some of the cleaning of the lines and help me use some of these plastic bottles.

Would love to pass by and pick it up, but that will involve too many flights...LOL...as I am a bit far from MI.

Shane....the system is now down, it worked great but we had one run in after another with spiders and finally gave up.  It worked great but as hubby says a little fussy and the lines had to be cleaned a lot! The siphone worked great and it was a simple loop the we wrapped wire around for structure and to maintain the shape.  If you live near MI you can pickup the bottle setup!! LOL  I want my sewing room back!

Hi Sandra,

I am very new to Aquaponics and saw your picture with the bottles. Love the idea of being able to use recycled bottles. How has this worked out? Can you give me more information on how you established your loop siphon?
