2jay, the white plastic is called Panda Paper at the hydro shop. it is food grade, black and white 6 mil. poly.

this is just a skirt, the beds are lined with pond liner from Home Depot. the plastic gives a clean surface and keeps the heat down as well. it looks better than black liner on lumber.
