This Cowhorn Okra sent roots halfway down through my growbed's 24 inches of Expanded Shale medium. The leaves are spiny at first touch, but melt in the mouth. I stuffed many of these large leaves with catfish and rice and masala seasonings.
Does anyone know if the blossoms are edible as well?
