Okay, so I don't have a degree in botany! Who knew artichokes would love to grow in an aquaponic system?? Sometimes we just put things in to just see if it works; this was one of them! Grew so large I tought the raft would split by the time we got it out. Didn't know they can grow to be 6 feet tall!
