6" square return trough to fish tank is where the water spill on the right side is coming from. -tank is 2' in ground, 2' above ground. Dimensions are 3' wide, 12' long, 4' deep. Lined with a woven poly tarp that was in a previous above ground fish tank......its held up 4 years so far.

1.5" black pipe going up , comes from a filtered underwater barrel the pump is housed in....to a 1.5" elbow with valve for water aeration., and to control flow to the 1/2" feed pipes of the rest of the system. I sent everything up to about 6.5' after reducing the 1.5" to 1/2" PVC......it splits at the top of the pipe, one runs to the NFT, the other to the gravel bed....valves at the end of each of these to control flow.

The north wall of the greenhouse (right) is framed, with 4" styro insulation panels in it, and a plank privacy fence on the viewed outside. I am going to branch off  to a new node outside, that will be a series of stacked horizontal 4' PVC tubes set to gravity feed into each other, then drain back into the fish tank with a slight drop for a little more aeration.

The orange blobs are some of the koi I have in the tank right now. the top of the tank is framed in cypress to keep the beating sun from UV rotting the liner
