I had two 1500 watt heaters plus the fan keeping the tomato plants strong plus two 300 watt heaters in the fish tank. It normally keep me in the high forties, but when we had a major coldsnap for few days i had to add a propane heater when it was in the teens for a few days. But my greenhouse is not tight, i have 6 inch gap along bottom near back side, but i was happy with it. The average temp i quess was around mid 20's to high 20's. It was normally 20 degrees warmer inside. I used vinyl siding for the walls.

What is the coldest average temperatures where you are?  I noticed the heaters, I am assuming this is just for the temperature drop at nigh, right? I am still learning about greenhouses and maintaining them. Thanks
