David,

The rafts are made from a material called Insulfoam. It is recyclable and contains no hazardous chemicals that will  off gas.It is a type of insulation they sell at our local hardware store in CA. We use the two inch, it is a bit of a pain to drill but until someone starts manufacturing rafts it's the best we have found.

BTW this photo is our prototype for our kits. We have redesigned it with new trays and added a fish tank. (photos soon) Kerri

What material are you using for the raft?

Hi Adam,

Yes we do sell these tubs. They are food grade and recyclable. We advertise the aquaponic kits but we can special order any of the components. The 10 gallon tubs are $15 and the 16 gallon tubs are $25. The ten gallon tubs can fit up to 24, 2 inch net pots per tub. Please feel free to ask any other questions.

Thank you,

Kerri

What kind of tubs are these you're using here? Do you guys sell these? I'm looking to do a small raft setup, those look like an ideal size.
