You need an IBC that has been used for food... imagine living in a house with vinyl acrylic resin coating the walls... yikes. From a website...

VINYL- Vinyl Acetate is a cheap resin with low performance characteristics and toxic implications. It is often polymerized with butyl acrylate to make Vinyl Acrylic Latex. We have serious concerns about the health and sustainabilty of this process and therefore do not support this type of Vinyl industry. Some chemists question weather all the Vinyl Acetate Monomer is truly reacted when making Vinyl Acrylic. In many cases of polymerizing two ingredients there are some unreacted ingredients remaining. We don't know the answer. We don't want any. So we don't risk it. And we don't know what the health effects are even if it is all reacted.

NEED HELP! I am trying to find the best way to clean out an IBC. I soaked it a few times, scrubbed in out a couple times but it still may have residue. I filled it with water, which I let settle for a couple days,( which is what I normally do). Put a tilapia in the IBC last night but found it dead this morning. The original content was A55 Vinyl Acrylic Resin. Any advise?
