APHIDS!
I've pretty much lost all my remaining lettuce to these pests. Unfortunately I caught sight of them too late to save the plants. I will be getting some molasses to spray on the plants in the next day of so. The Aussie in my Aquaponics video recommended it as a sort of all purpose pest away.
