Air Stones Spacing in Trough
Every 8 feet. PVC to keep the air stones in place and tubing submerged and out of the way of the rafts and roots. Next trough will have more sunlight. This will be for the plants that need partial shade.

I might hesitate with those - any dead fish or plant that gets into those PVC pipes matter might really mess up the system and make it go anaerobic.
