Here is an exploded view of my pipe in a pipe airlift pump. I think it's pretty close to what Glenn Martinez uses at Olomana Gardens. I tried my best to recreate his designs from watching his videos. The only thing that I have glued is the 2" to 1" converters because after I drilled out the threading to slide the 1" pipe through it was too loose.

Yeah that would be the best route but I was driving a Corolla at the time I bought the pipe so that's what I had to cut it to to get it home.
