Coastview Aquaponics new sprouting table made almost completely with recycled shipping pallets. We used 3 oversize(4'x8') pallets for the top and standard pallets for legs. A fourth oversize pallet was stripped for the cross bracing.

The best way, free resources and the labor to do it! I have just made two pallet composters for less than ten bucks.
