After many a trial and error I have a pump powerful enough to A) Run water continuously through a spray bar and B) still flood the grow beds completely when the timer opens a second valve. One pump! On 24/7! Alternating flooding capability! This achieves my goals of energy efficiency and extends the life of my pump!
