Hey Steve, We had a 5 foot Eastern Diamondback slither onto our property last weekend.

My pilot project was right in the thick indigenous bush and I had these visitors quite often.
I am happy as long as I can see the snake but they always surprised me...coming from between the plants
One of the snakes always came back to the same spot after I moved him...her...
This snake I had to move far away before I was rid of him.
Snakes and big spiders were my surprises every now and then…

this photo was in my brothers driveway...

i had thick bush allround and +-200 meters into these bushes

Harmless?? tell that to my wife!! If she see one in our garden probable she shoot me first
