The whole plant is edible. You can eat the leaves in a salad mix (a bit spicy), or stir fry (add lots of grated ginger and some garlic as do tend to cause stomach gas). As for the radish itself, you can also grate it and season it with salt & spices (black & hot pepper +), leave for a few minutes and then squeeze out the excess water. Use that to create a dough mix (pref. whole wheat flour), roll out the dough like a tortilla and place some of the squeezed radish mixture on this, fold and carefully re-roll (need to endure that you cover the stuffed dough ball with dry flour to avoid sticking and breaking. Once back in a tortilla shape, cook in a not stick pan...add some olive oil (or light butter), to finish. Eat as is or with some natural yogurt. Yum!
By the way, this is an Indian dish called "Stuffed Mooli Paratha".
