I actually water them from my system, but they are grown in Peat, Perlite and worm castings.  between 100 and 120 days seems to be the magic number.  These were planted a month late and frost came a month early so only yielded small tubers.

these aren't hooked up to your AP system are they?  (if they are, u did a mighty fine job at hiding piping!) what's the trick for knowing when they're done?  they're pretty. :)
