That's great to see.  I didn't know you could do onions with these systems.  Would this work in a media based system also (I'm assuming this is a raft system).

Yes, 

This is my first time for onions, planted about 25 Spanish 40 Florida sweet . The onion is being formed above the net pots so should be very easy to harvest.  In the last week they have began to increase in size, so far so good.
