The revamped system. Moved the sump to the floor and placed the pump inside to stabilize fishtank h2o level. Replumbed lower bed to open up more growing space.

Thanks Alex. Was the PH problem attributed to the system design somehow? I have a pretty high level with the water available to me, 8.2. Have used PH down (sulfuric) to tone it back to 8.0.

nice. I have a similar setup that i started out with but had drastic Ph swings so i opted for an ibc setup.also my garage gets kinda cold at night so i turn off the pump so I'm not pulling in cold air through my gravel bed.
