Hey I read that you make your own cheese, I'm Mexican, we make cheese, cream and other types of dairy products, the closet thing to them to give you a idea is cottage cheese, it's such a passed down from generation trade that's passed down, we are active cattle ranchers in Mexico, my father is coming back, I asked him to bring me a liquid bottle that has the culture that comes from a cows stomach, it's grf to ex
Sorry my phone entered the comment before i was finished, so yes, that liquid has the natural culture that makes milk into cheese, I was going to learn of YouTube lol, what type so you make? Thanks
Thank you so much for the info, that's awesome, thanks for the tips, and believe me when I say I know what your talking about, I own a bussness, have a 11month daughter, I barely have time for AP, don know were I'm going to squeeze in cheese making, have you tried making your own preserves, "jam" jelly" it's really rewarding to have a nice cup of coffee and some toast with a nice layer I home made jam, and you can make alot, my house came with a loquat tree, all my clients have orange trees so that's fun "if your boring like me" and so much cheaper then buying organic jelly
