If so, what type of system? (pick all that apply): I have a 4x4x40 ft. tank in Chinandega, Nicaragua that we hope will provide food to help up feed the 600 school children we feed daily. Go to www.amigosforChrist.org and you can see fotos. We started growing tilapia a year ago and are now adding the vegetable part that will be mostly solar powered.
Please tell us something else about yourself.: We are trying to come up with a system that is self sustaining and will help feed the poor.

A great place to start is to read the How to Use This Site link on the upper right corner, “Start Here” section of the Main page. Plus, since you found us through Friendly Aquaponics you will want to join their group. Click on “Groups” in the menu at the top of the page, find “Friendly Aquaponics Talks Story” and select “+ Join Friendly Aquaponics Talks Story”.

You can join as many groups as you like, start forum topics, share photos and videos, and a whole lot more.

Growitright Aquaponics

BTW We have a friend in your area growing orchids(not in aquaponics). He told us about Atlantis Hydroponics.They have a Tilapia Aqua system set up in store. Have you checked them out?
